The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly affected our lives, highlighting the importance of basic preventive measures such as handwashing and mask-wearing. In response, the Vijay Social Welfare Society has launched the MASK FOR EACH campaign to address the pressing need for masks among those who are unaware or unable to afford them.
Campaign Objectives:
- Distribute 50,000 masks to the vulnerable population.
- Use only biodegradable cloth masks to promote environmental sustainability.
- Avoid synthetic masks due to their environmental impact.
- Educate on the harmful effects of synthetic and non-biodegradable masks.
Campaign Update:
- Produced: 20,000 masks for distribution.
